Walkinginspirit is a 7-day, mindful walking and nature immersion retreat. It’s an opportunity to take time out of daily life and completely relax in the tranquility of Western Europe’s most prisitine natural ecosystem. Here you can really put things into perspective as you gently hike down paths still used by bears and wolves through the breathtaking forests and mountains of Somiedo Natural Park, Asturias Spain.
Join us in 2014/15 for a restorative week of relaxation, mindful walking and personal/spiritual development.
The retreat includes accommodation, transport within Asturias, breakfast and lunch as well as guidance in all retreat activities. See other pages and Practicalities for more detailed information.
2014 retreats will include June 8th-14th, July 6th-12 and September 22nd-28th. Other dates will be announced later in the year - Reservations - Please have a good look around the site and do call or message me if there is anything in particular you would like to know.

“That moment when everything around you ceases to be what it’s always been, and you return to the nature of who you really are”
“I felt so exhausted emotionally and physically and I didn’t realise why until I started walking. With each step, slowly but surely, I began to understand that I had been cluttering up my mind with useless thoughts that were taking up far too much of my time and energy. Thanks to the guidance of Frankie and the breathtaking, wild beauty of Somiedo I am no longer carrying that clutter. What a wonderful relief! I so enjoyed Autumn in Asturias, I am now keen to come back and experience the colors, smells and vibrancy of Somiedo in June”. – M D Nasr
